The rate shown above is for the use of one bedroom, if the second bedroom is required then there is an extra cost of $30 per room per night for the duration of the booking.  There is a minimum two nights for any booking. This beautiful architect designed 2 storey townhouse is in a quiet residential street only a short stroll to central Fremantle. Two bedrooms with queen beds. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs in the main lounge area with large comfortable couches. There is a second TV in Bedroom 1.

The full sized kitchen has stone benchtops, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area looks out onto a lovely walled courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. The upstairs bathroom has a shower in bath and toilet with a marble vanity. Second shower and toilet downstairs.

Rate include wireless Internet. Off street parking for 1 car. There is also a free CAT Bus stop at end of street which does a circle route around Fremantle. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and the waterfront. All of our properties are non smoking, but with facilities to enjoy a cigarette outside. Longer term rates available on request.

 ETA & phone no. must be given when booking. Book in at our office at 32 Arundel street, Fremantle or if in after hours, please call 9335 4473 to arrange check in.  Office hours are 10am to 3pm.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation with Fremantle Holiday Accommodation.

Fremantle Holiday Accommodation will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However they reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments charged to your credit card or immediate eviction.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay, their credit card will be charged after inspection of the apartment/cottage after the guests vacate the property.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to the neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of the balance of rent.

This property is rented as short term accommodation and is not serviced until the end of the booking. Linen is supplied by us. The towels supplied are for the bathroom only and are not to be taken from the premises. Beach towels must be supplied by the guest.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
